Normally, we prefer that the venue be available around 45 minutes before the scheduled start of the event. That allows us 20 to 25 minutes to set up the equipment. Then we also check that every equipment and every accessory is shipshape so that we give you a wonderful evening of flawless entertainment.

While this is largely a matter of personal choice, we recommend a bottle of sparkling champagne. Generally, it is the organizer who arranges for the prize. We would be happy to help out but would need to understand from you the prize you have in mind and the budget that you are working with.
